Step 1: Build Your Character DNA Prompt
This is the foundation. You’re creating a hyper-specific, reusable description of your character that you’ll copy-paste into every single Veo prompt.

The unique identifier (mole, scar, etc.) is your anchor. It’s the one thing the AI almost never messes up.
Step 2: The Prompt Structure for Each Clip
Now, for every single clip in your sequence, you use this format:

- The CHARACTER DNA block is identical in both prompts
- Only the SCENE, CAMERA, and MOOD change
- I’m reinforcing the outfit, the art style, and the unique identifier every single time
This is the “memory hack.” You’re manually injecting context that the AI doesn’t have.

Step 3: Generate, Review, Re-Roll if Needed
Veo will give you a 5–8 second clip.
Check for:
- Does the hair match?
- Is the outfit consistent?
- Is the art style the same?

Step 4: Stitch in CapCut

Export in 1080p.

Your first character will look slightly different in Clip 2.
Your Clip 3 might have weird lighting.
Your Clip 5 might glitch.
